Refund Policy
A student can request a refund under any of these circumstances:
- If our exam expert fails to attempt your exam on the scheduled date or time.
- Our service qualifies for a refund whenever we fail to deliver the promised services according to the originally agreed terms.
Note: The refund eligibility depends on the submission of a thorough and acceptable feedback document highlighting the issue. A team at our organization will evaluate your case according to our defined refund policy standards.
A refund request will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- If incorrect or incomplete information was provided, leading to unsatisfactory results.
- If you cancel the service at the last minute or after the order has been placed.
- If unsatisfactory results occur due to your own actions or involvement.
- If a lack of timely response from your end causes delays in our service.
- If you request additional services beyond the initial order requirements.
Note: Changes made to your original order request will result in additional costs which must be paid by you. The results will not be our responsibility when payment delays occur.
If you meet the refund criteria, you qualify for a 15% fee reduction which helps pay for payment transaction fees.
